Evaluated patients for sleep discorded breathing via History and Physical Examination. Ordered sleep studies and utilized results in clinical plans, Initiated, titrated, and managed pap therapy from CPAP to BIPAP-ASV. Evaluated potential benefits and made referrals for relevant surgical procedures including Maxillomandibular Advancement, Nasomaxillary Expansion (EASE/Marpe/Sarpe/Dome), Inspire, tonsillectomy, and turbinate reduction based on visual exam and imaging.
